Stuart Craig Quits Panasonic BSG After 3 Months To Take Global Crestron Role

Craig, who was seen as a rising star at both Hills and Panasonic, is now an Executive Director at Crestron responsible for the Asia Pacific region that also includes China.

In an exclusive interview with ChannelNews, Craig said: “I am focusing on working with our partners in the Asia Pacific region including Hills to grow Crestron business in this region. This is an exciting job with an exciting company”.

Steve Rust, the CEO of Panasonic Australia, has taken on the role of running its Business Systems Group. He said: “In the short period that Stuart Craig was with Panasonic he was able to implement new business structure, he delivered focus and vision and he will be missed.”

Craig said: “To work with the senior global management team at Crestron is a fabulous opportunity and I look forward to further strengthening the role Crestron plays in the Asia Pacific region. We are making a lot of headway with universities, government and commercial organisations who are using Crestron control systems to manage their operations.”

Rust says a recruitment process has begun and no additional disruption to operations is expected.
