Laser Hires New Category Managers With 37 Years Experience
Australian-owned CE company Laser has added two new product category managers as it expands its categories and adds new brands.
Kathy Sudnik, a 23-year consumer electronics veteran, joins Laser after a stint as product manager at Panasonic, and has also worked at Samsung, Ingram Micro, Dell, and HP. Zigg Lee comes fresh from a role as Rexel’s regional operations manager, and has 14 years of industry experience including at Jaycar.
According to Chris Lau, Managing Director at Laser, the group is focusing on sustainable growth by ensuring processes are in place and surrounding them with experienced teams.
“Kathy and Zigg join Laser at a particularly exciting time in our journey, and we are excited for the experience and passion they bring to the organisation.
“These two appointments mean that our senior team has never been bigger, something we are immensely proud of as we turn the corner into our 35th anniversary,” he said.
Laser over the past 18 months has created a private label department, moved into new and expanded product categories, and signed new partnerships with retailers.
