National Commercial Project Manager

Based in Sydney, this role has a National focus, and the successful applicant will need to be flexible, able to travel and have the passion to expand our key business relationships. You will have a high level of interpersonal and influencing skills as you will be responsible for promoting our brands through managing and maintaining relationships, on a National scale, with key developers within the building, architect and specifier space.

The successful applicant will be familiar with commercial building projects and have established contacts within the industry, preferably nationally.

Responsibilities include:
· Development of National Commercial strategic direction
· Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies to achieve sales and profit objectives
· Negotiate national project and cottage builder contracts
· Manage national forecasting
· Drive performance and achievement of objectives and sales targets nationally

The successful applicant must have proven experience in the following:
· Setting and delivering on strategy, planning and project management
· Managing a team of people and motivating to achieve results
· Negotiation of national agreements
· Established relationships within the building, specifier, developer space
· Strong sales background sound business acumen
· Commercial Awareness
· A strong mix of achievement focus and relationship building

Team-orientated and customer focused, your tenacity, passion and drive to achieve will see you succeed in this challenging role. Efficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required, and an understanding of forecasting and pricing models would be highly regarded.
