Apple Officially Confirms September 12 Launch Event

Apple has now officially confirmed a launch event for September 12, where the company is expected to announced the iPhone 8 and other new products.

The event will be held at Apple’s new ‘spaceship’ campus for the first time in the Steve Jobs Theater.

Along with the date of the launch event itself, Apple has struggled to contain a large amount of leaks that have been appearing in the past few months.

Details about the iPhone 8, which is expected to be the major product announcement at the September 12 event, have been widely reported on, including an OLED display, almost bezel-less design and facial recognition.

Even the price of the new iPhone has been reportedly revealed.

Refreshes to the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are also expected, along with an Apple TV with 4K and HDR support and an LTE-compatible Apple Watch.
