Minix Launches New USB-C Range

Minix is releasing the NEO C range, a variety of USB-C adaptors and cables as more products use and stock USB-C ports and cables.

Minix says the NEO C range ahs been esigned and manufactured using premium quality materials for enhanced durability, quality and design flair to produce stunning picture and sound clarity. The range features simple plug and play connectivity and universal compatibility, supporting Windows, Mac and Chrome OS.

The products in the range include, The NEO C-D a USB multiport adaptor for the Apple MacBook Pro; NEO C-HD, a USB-C to 4K @ 60Hz HDMI Adaptor; NEO C-E, a USB-C to gigabit ethernet adaptor; and NEO C-MUC, a USB-C to USB-C cable.

Minix NEO C-D

The NEO C-D adaptor features seven ports with a HDMI, Thunderbolt 3, USB 3, 2 x USB 3.0 and Micro SD and SD card readers. The Thunderbolt 3 port enables the user to charge the MacBook Pro (13” 61W and 15” 87W), plus achieve data transfer speeds up to 40Gbps, and crystal-clear screen resolution up to 5K @ 60Hz or two 4K @ 60Hz displays. The convenience of more ports means your Apple MacBook Pro is more productive and you have even greater choice in how you use your MacBook.

The NEO C-HD is a 20cm plug-and-play connector that lets you enjoy your content in 4K Ultra-high definition picture resolution on the big screen. The MINIX USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet adaptor provides direct access to super-fast wired network connections, supporting very high bandwidth up to 1000Mbps.

The NEO C-MUC is has a 120cm cable and is designed with reversible USB-C connectors on both ends, which means you can simply plug the cable in any direction. The cable offers stunning clarity and sound with Ultra HD 4K @ 60Hz display outlet to produce a high-quality picture from your external display. The cable can achieve incredible data transfer speeds up to 10Gbps, which is up to 20X faster than USB 2.0 (480Mbps) and 2X faster than USB 3.0 (5Gbps). The cable offers universal compatibility, durable design and fast charging with up to 4.5A of power output.
