Epson Partners With Ingram Micro

Epson Partners With Ingram MicroAccording to Epson, this partnership will focus on the company’s high speed and low cost business printers, the Epson B-310N and Epson B-510DN.

Epson’s Business Solutions Manager, Craig Heckenberg said, “This is a significant agreement for Epson with the Australian arm of the world’s largest technology distributor, Ingram Micro, and signals how serious we are about growing our share of the business printer segment.”

“The Epson B-310N and Epson B-510DN, with their high speed, high volume reliability, and dramatically low cost of operation, are stand-out leaders for full colour, high quality professional business printing. Jim Walsh, Epson’s National Business Development Manager – AEC, GIS and Office Markets, will be working closely with Ingram Micro to develop and support the specialised reseller team,” added Craig.

Epson says that the B-310N and B-510DN deliver a marked improvement in the quality of monochrome and colour office printing at speeds that rival the fastest alternatives on the market for at least 50 percent less than the per page costs of comparable colour laser printers.

“With a print volume capacity up to 20,000 pages per month and superior media handling flexibility with the ability to print on perforated paper, pre-gummed papers, label paper, windowed envelops and photo media, these printers will enhance office productivity by producing mono or colour prints at up to 37 pages per minute in draft quality and office quality colour text and image prints at up to 19 pages per minute,” said the company.

With as little as one eighth of the operating power consumption and 68% lower CO2 emissions of comparable laser printers, the B-310N and B-510DN can reduce office power bills and shrink the carbon footprint of small to medium businesses.
