LG G7 Could Be Released Earlier Than Expected

According to Business Korea, LG could be releasing its flagship G7 smartphone earlier than expected in 2018 to compete with Samsung’s new 2018 smartphone the Galaxy S9.

Business Korea says LG could release its G7 at the same time as the Galaxy S9 in January aligning with mega tech expo CES.

The publication also notes that the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus would be unveiled at the Las Vegas show. Where the phones are slated for release in March and April of next year.

This year LG released its G6 in March for its Korea customers and April this year for US customers. The product was announced in February around the time of the MWC.

Neither Samsung or LG has confirmed or denied these rumours so watch this space.
