Leaked Images Confirm Galaxy S20+ As Samsung’s Next Flagship
Some real pre-production images has been leaked which has pretty much confirmed that Samsung will in fact be skipping 11 through to 19 for its new flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S20+.
XDA Developers were able to get their hands on the photos of the new S20+, including a front and back shot, as well as one photo even hilariously including the “Confidential: No Photos Allowed” warning sticker.
Along with the + model, a regular sized and Ultra model is also tipped to be released. The Galaxy S20 range is expected to be officially launched during Samsung’s Unpacked 2020 event in San Francisco on February 11.
Leaked images show a smaller bezel on the S20+’s front display compared to previous models and the Infinity-O display seems to be less curved than before.
Samsung have also seemed to opt for 2.5D glass as opposed to the standard curved glass generally used by Samsung. And, just like with previous Galaxy and Note devices, the S20 range will come with a pre-installed screen protector.
In terms of the camera setup, it looks to come with a total of four cameras with a flash (and rumoured to consist of a 12MP 1.8μm main image processor, as well as an ultra-wide, telephoto and macro lens).
The volume control and power button can be found on the right hand side of the device, although the Bixby button is nowhere to be seen.
