Jabra Launch Evolve 65e Skype for Business Certified Headset

Jabra has revealed its second generation of wireless headphones for the mobile working professional, the Evolve 65e available now at MSRP $430.

Joining Jabra’s signature working-professional range, the Evolve 65e boasts up to eight hours of talk time and 13 of wireless music playback and single-button connectivity to a voice assistant.

They also feature UC-certified sound, integration with Jabra Sound+ app for customisable audio, as well as Skype for Business certification due to its four-mic system.

Two in the microphone box capture the wearer’s voice, one in each earbud captures ambient noise for Jabra’s HearThrough tech.

When in use, wearers can activate the built-in “busylight” so fellow employees know they wish to not be disturbed.

They ship with a Jabra Link 370 USB Bluetooth adapter enabling connectivity to the wearer’s laptop/PC and smartphone simultaneously with a wireless range of 30m for PC and 10m for mobile.

The soft and lightweight neckband weighs just 36g and features snug oval earbuds with memory wire and variously sized ear-gels and ear-wings that offer passive noise cancellation.

Jabra also states that they are designed to fit under the collar of a shirt or blazer to ensure calls are not interrupted due to a snagged cable.

The headphones offer a more versatile alternative to the traditional headband style favoured by businesses.

“Enterprises are constantly seeking new ways to enable their employees to be productive wherever they are, making UC one of the most important mobile technologies today,” said Managing Director ANZ, David Piggott.

“That’s why we engineered the Jabra Evolve 65e with both the user and the business in mind. By combining a lightweight, ultra-comfortable neckband design with the highest standards of sound quality – together with a range of user and enterprise management options – the latest addition to the mobile-first line-up of the Evolve family will be an employee’s constant companion for productivity and music on the move.”

The Evolve 65e headphones are now at MSRP $430. Find your nearest stockist here.
