Being a small team, the tasks of the role are wide and varied but include…

·    External and internal sales support
·    Answering incoming telephone calls (90% are sales or product related)
·    Order entry and processing
·    Assisting clients with basic technical issues and advice
·    Facilitate ‘up sell’ opportunities
·    Inwards goods maintenance
·    Liaising with customers and suppliers
·    General admin duties as required

The skills and experience we are looking for include…

·    Confident phone manner
·    Ability to sell on the phone; telesales or support experience preferred
·    Technical aptitude preferably with experience with Audio Visual equipment
·    Attention to detail
·    Good time management
·    Ability to learn on the job
