Swiss brand Victorinox have launched the Journey 1884 Quartz Limited Edition watch, inspired by exploration.

Some of the features that set this watch apart from others are:

  • Analog Quartz Movement: Powered by a Swiss made Ronda 715 quartz movement, combining timekeeping with an End-of-Life (EOL) function. The hand design draws inspiration from Swiss hiking signs.
  • Premium Craftmanship: Equipped with a unidirectional rotating black (PVD) bezel, with a matte aluminium inlay and stainless steel (316L) case. Manufactured in-house.
  • Versatile Strap Options: The watch comes with a premium red paracord strap with tool-free changeable black PVD buckles.

ISO-certified shock and water resistance ensures durability against worldly elements, and it has been engineered for antimagnetic protection, providing precise timekeeping and reliability.

The dial features a rough texture similar to a hiking path, and the 43mm recycled stainless steel case features strong lines. The notch at 6 o’clock appears like it’s been carved out by a pocketknife.

The watch is scratch resistant, has anti-reflective crystal, and built in shock resistance.

There are only 1,884 pieces available globally as a celebration of exclusivity. Each watch is individually numbered, and includes a matching Swiss Army knife.

There is also a rubber strap and accessories wallet that accompany each piece for versatility and convenience.

The Journey 1884 Limited Edition Watch is available now for $1,695.00 AUD, and can be purchased at  https://victorinox.com.au/watches/journey-1884-quartz-limited-edition/.
