Samsung Adds Lavender To Monitors

Boasting a shiny Crystal Design bezel, the Samsung Lavender Monitor range provides a sleek yet sophisticated look . With a combination of technology and style, the P2050, P2250, and P2350 launched last month with a recommended retail price of $349, $449 and $449 respectively.

“Having undertaken extensive consumer research, we understand what consumers want from a monitor, and in step with other electronic products, design is a fundamental component. Users are increasingly conscious of how their office looks, especially when it is a shared or open space. This new range fulfils this requirement by drawing on Samsung’s unique ‘Crystal Design’ philosophy and bringing it to the desktop,” says Philip Newton, Director, Samsung Electronics, IT Division, Samsung Electronics Australia.

In addition to the design, the Lavender range has 16:9 aspect ratio. This combined with the HD quality screen ensures precision when viewing large documents, providing versatility for any home or office space. The monitors deliver crystal clear, vibrant and sharp images with a powerful 50,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 300 cd/m2 brightness to ensure graphics appear in their true colours. An ultra fast 2ms (GTG) video response time means that users will enjoy crisp images that are virtually blur-free whether they’re downloading action movies, or playing the latest high intensity video game.

Additionally, the P2250 and P2350 offer a 1080p full-HD experience, perfect for design conscious consumers looking for a good looking monitor that offers higher picture quality and accurate colours.

The Samsung Lavender range of monitors is available through Harvey Norman, Domayne, Dick Smith, JB Hi Fi, The Good Guys, Harris Technology, Bing Lee and Myer.
