Oppo Rolls Out Free Screen Repairs After Canstar Satisfaction Award

Following the launch of its latest flagship smartphones, Oppo has announced it’s providing six months of free screen repairs for the R11s & R11s Plus.

Oppo Executive Director, Michael Tran, affirms the latest initiative is not reflective of Oppo’s screen quality, rather an addition to its suite of customer services:

“We have complete confidence that the screens are of the highest standard and durability”

“However, even with screen protectors and cases, we know that accidents happen, which can be frustrating and costly for consumers. We hope this gives them added comfort, knowing that they’re covered and a broken screen won’t break the bank”.

The news follows the Chinese company’s recent Canstar Blue award for ‘most satisfied’ [smartphone] customers in Australia.

The company states all repairs are managed at Oppo’s dedicated centre in Sydney. Consumers can either post or hand deliver their device to a repair specialist. Further information on Oppo’s customer care offerings is available here.

Tran affirms the company manages all repairs in-house, tipped to provide a notable advantage over rival brands:

“Unlike other manufacturers, we manage all repairs in-house, so consumers can rest assured that their product is being looked after by a dedicated OPPO specialist”

“We’re constantly looking for ways to provide added value to our customers. Back in 2014 we started shipping our devices with free screen protectors and cases, which was almost unheard of and really well received by our customers. With this latest initiative, we’re taking that a step further”.
