Your address on Facebook is the same as your public username but you can customise it, but you’ll also have to change your user name. With your @facebook.com email address, people can email you using any traditional email system Hotmail, Yahoo! or Gmail), and the emails will be delivered to your Facebook Messages. | If you choose a new username, your new Facebook email address will be added to your ‘Contact Info’ in the ‘About’ section of your timeline, with privacy set to Friends.
And you also have the option to hide it from your Timeline or choose which Facebook friends you wish to see it. But you can still list your other Gmail or Hotmail accounts also.
