Revealed: Samsung Tablet Bends Into A Phone But this isn’t like flexible screen that have already seen the light of day. The awesome tablet Samsung is believed to be working on, can fold twice into a smaller smartphone-sized device. 

The tablet with a flexible tri-fold OLED full HD display may be released by 2015/16, according to reports.

The patent application as pictured, shows how Samsung envision tablets of the future – being able to be folded down into a much smaller size to fit a pocket or small bag. 

Samsung released a video of the concept of bendable screen technology in 2011.  
The phone giant currently sells a Galaxy Round ‘phablet’ with a slightly curved Full HD AMOLED ‘Super Flexible’ screen.Â
