Harvey Norman Tops NSW Complaints Register For January

The January 2018 NSW complaints register has been released with a number of tech companies getting the most complaints with Harvey Norman topping the list at 39 complaints.

Six out of the 22 companies complained about were technology companies or technology retailers.

The Good Guys came in third with 34 complaints followed Kogan with 33, Apple with 30, Samsung Electronics with 29 and JB Hi-Fi with 14 complaints.

For January, 431 complaints were made which was more than the same time last year with 332 complaints.

Rose Webb NSW Fair Trading Commissioner spoke to ARN saying, “The publication of this complaint data gives businesses a strong incentive to provide better customer service and empowers consumers to make more informed decisions about where to shop.”
