EuroCucina 2026: Electrolux And Veneta Cucine Reveal Colour-Led Kitchen Concept
Electrolux Group, through its premium Electrolux brand, has partnered with Italian kitchen specialist Veneta Cucine to present a new vision for the modern kitchen at EuroCucina 2026 in Milan. The collaboration introduces a design approach that blends Scandinavian simplicity with Italian craftsmanship, placing colour, comfort and emotional connection at the centre of the home.
The concept focuses on a warm, cohesive palette of integrated appliances and surfaces, reflecting a growing preference for spaces that support more mindful and balanced living. Four distinct colour directions have been developed through the partnership, including Alabastro, Verde Salvia, Ultra Blu and Nude. Each palette is designed to bring a sense of clarity, warmth and individuality into kitchen environments.
A key element of the project is the application of neuroaesthetic principles, using colour to influence mood and wellbeing. Soft neutrals, natural tones and earthy shades are intended to create a calming atmosphere that reduces visual clutter and mental fatigue. Research referenced by the brands suggests that biophilic colour schemes can lower perceived stress levels by up to 35 per cent, highlighting the growing importance of emotional design in residential spaces.

The collaboration draws heavily on Scandinavian design values such as functionality, simplicity and authenticity, while incorporating the refined materiality associated with Italian design. Electrolux’s design team emphasises that innovation is driven by real human needs, with a focus on how people interact with their environments on a daily basis. By approaching colour as an architectural element, the design integrates appliances into the broader space, allowing them to feel like part of the interior rather than separate objects.
Veneta Cucine’s contribution centres on material expression and craftsmanship, bringing depth and richness to the palettes through carefully selected finishes and textures. The result is a cohesive environment where appliances, cabinetry and spatial design work together to create a unified aesthetic that reflects personal style while maintaining a sense of harmony.
Both companies describe the partnership as an example of how design-led collaboration can shape the future of the kitchen industry. By combining expertise in colour science, materials and user experience, the project aims to deliver spaces that feel restorative, functional and adaptable to modern lifestyles.
The installation is being showcased at EuroCucina during Milan Design Week, where visitors can explore how colour psychology, texture and integrated appliance design come together in a single environment. The display highlights a shared vision that supports creativity, wellbeing and everyday living, demonstrating how the kitchen continues to evolve as a central and emotionally significant space within the home.
