EB Games Require In-Person Deposit For PS5 Pre-orders
Ensuing the usual ‘fastest finger first’ way of dealing with pre-orders for a highly-anticipated item, EB Games have instead made hopeful shoppers looking to pre-order a PS5 or an XBox Series X today come into the store and slap down a $200 deposit.
The consoles are limited to one per person, and the whole debacle is obviously an attempt to thwart resellers from ordering up and on-selling the consoles for big money.

By the time you read this, they will probably be sold out, as the consoles are available in limited quantities, but if not – EB Games are predicting you’ll get them from mid-November to December.
