From Grog To Bits N Bytes: Samsung’s New Marketing Director

Ex Lion Nathan marketing exec, responsible for  Boag’s beers ‘Pure Waters’ and Speight’s ‘Great Beer Delivery’ ad campaigns, Mr Lenior has 20 years of marketing experience and will head up Samsung’s Corporate and Marketing Communications division in Australia.

The new appointment was effective from yesterday.

He also has experience in the consumer electronics industry with roles at Gateway, NEC and Toshiba, and ran his own strategic consultancy business, working with clients such as Air New Zealand and Virgin Mobile.

“Arno’s appointment signifies the next chapter, taking the Samsung Electronics brand to the next level with an even stronger focus on delivering our brand message of relentless passion to inspire and enrich lives,” said Mr. Yoon, Managing Director of Samsung Australia.

“Following years of experience working across prominent brands, his strategic marketing expertise will be a valuable asset to Samsung.”
