Dyson Moves To Sell Direct

Dyson has opened its first ever demonstration store and service centre in Australia.

The 400 square metre store is located in the Hills Super Centre in Castle Hill, Sydney, and marks the first in the southern hemisphere. The company is looking to fill seven new roles at the centre.

“At Dyson, we’re continually prioritising the experience of our owners with pioneering technologies that solve the problems others ignore,” says Glenn Andrew, managing director, Dyson ANZ.

“We’re now bringing that same philosophy to how we sell and repair, by delivering the best possible service and investing in a growing on-shore team of 228 local customer service experts.”

“We know that people increasingly want to buy from Dyson direct,” he says, adding that Dyson intends ramping up the experience further.

“In the coming months, we intend to be there for our owners even more with a growing number of people and spaces that will provide even greater access to our products.”
