Sydney based distributor Convoy has quit as the technical and spare parts provider for Harman Kardon and JBL Lifestyle Division Products in Australia after 40 years serving these brands.

The Company has retained the rights to continue distributing the Harman premium audio brands spanning Revel Speakers, Mark Levison and JBL with several new products set to be released in Australia shortly by Convoy.

The changeover is set for 28th February 2019 and on that date, Convoy will cease to be the contact for these Brands with Harman taking on the support role directly using Sydney based QSL as their new logistic partner.

In the future retailers with Harman returns will need to contact [email protected] for any new jobs approvals or Spare Parts Enquiries.

Convoy said that they will continue to support their other brands and also products we sell from the Harman Luxury Audio Range including JBL Loudspeakers, Mark Levinson & Revel Speakers

In an email to dealers Convoy CEO Geoff Mathews said “We appreciate your support and business in the past with Harman Lifestyle and looking forward to continuing the partnership with you. If you have any concerns, please contact us for further discussion”.
