Mitsubishi Electric has released a $2,248 slimline bottom mount refrigerator designed for small houses, in comparison the big new French Door fridge from Aldi was less than $1,000

With the rise of the tiny house movement, we’re starting to see homeowners use their space more efficiently and effectively to fit in as many products as possible claims Mitsubishi.

The  MR-CGX370EP slimline bottom mount refrigerator comes with only 370-litre capacity.

It is available from Harvey Norman in black, white and silver.

As part of the CGX Series, the Mitsubishi fridge features a unique three-door design with toughened glass panels.

The three compartments break down into a 189 refrigerator, a 77-litre fruit & vegetable drawer and a 104-litre freezer with an automatic icemaker.

Suitable for apartment living or areas with a smaller cavity space, the fridge has all the features of a full-size refrigerator including Mitsubishi’s celebrated humidity drawer.

With a 3.5 Star Energy Rating the MR-CGX370EP Slim Line Bottom Mount Glass refrigerator is perfect for those tight on space, but not on features.
