Jamo Revives Concert Series As Danish Audio Brand Expands Comeback
Danish loudspeaker brand Jamo is back, with the resurrected brand unveiling two new Concert speaker ranges: Concert Legacy and Concert Element.
The new line-up revives the Concert name first used on the Concert 8 and Concert 11 speakers in 1996, which helped define Jamo’s acoustic benchmark for decades.
The premium Concert Legacy range is made in Denmark and is designed as a modern evolution of those original models. It uses drivers developed with Scan-Speak in Denmark and SEAS in Norway, while woofer materials incorporate Finnish wood fibre.
The launch follows Jamo’s recent return to Australia through distributor Audacity Australia and comes after the Danish audio brand confirmed its global revival last month under new owners Cinemaster and Rayleigh Lab.

Jamo claims the Legacy range delivers composed bass, open midrange and articulate treble. Its DualCore cabinet design separates the midrange and bass chambers to improve clarity, while down-firing bass loading is designed to make room placement easier.
The Legacy line includes the flagship Legacy 11 floorstander, the smaller Legacy 9 floorstander and the Legacy 8 standmount.

The more design-focused Concert Element range was developed with Copenhagen industrial design studio HarritSørensen. It features a circular driver module that extends beyond the shallow cabinet, giving the speakers a distinctive Scandinavian furniture-friendly look.
Element models use bespoke SB Acoustics drivers, down-firing ports and time-aligned tweeters. The range includes the Element 50 bookshelf speaker, Element 70 and Element 90 floorstanders, plus the SW10 subwoofer.
All models are scheduled to go on sale in August, with indicative Australian pricing starting from around A$1,900 for the Element 50 and rising to around A$14,500 for the flagship Concert Legacy 11.
