Sennheiser Australia Launches Online Store
Having launched the store earlier in May, Sennheiser Australia has become only the third Sennheiser subsidiary to offer such a service, catering specifically to its Australian customer base.
“Whether you have lost an earpad or need a replacement cord, you will find everything you need on the online spare parts store,” Sennheiser states of the store, which it says provides for an easy and secure payment facility and rapid processing and despatch of goods.
Sennheiser states customers can search for their spare part via an intuitive interface, with the spare parts organised by the headphones they belong to.
The interface allows customers to search for their headphones, listing the spare parts available for that particular model, with the spare parts also pictured, designed to provide for ease of identification of each item.
