Acer Brings Aspire One Cloudbook Series To Aussie Market
Running Windows 10, the Aspire One Cloudbook series comes with a range of cloud-enabled services straight out of the box, including up to 1 TB OneDrive online storage and Acer’s cloud-enabled abApps.
Acer states abPhoto, abMusic, abDocs and abFiles allow users “to easily sync their files and documents with their smartphones or tablets, all securely and privately in their own personal cloud”.
The Aspire One Cloudbook series additionally come with a 1-year subscription to Office 365 Personal.
Measuring 17.9 mm thin, the 11″ model weighs in at 1.15 kg and the 14″ model 1.6 kg, sporting a mineral gray cover with a dotted textile pattern, providing tactile feedback, and are decked out with full-sized HDMI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and SD card ports.
The Aspire One Cloudbook series sport a full-sized chiclet keyboard and a large touchpad, supporting Windows 10 gestures, designed for a comfortable typing and navigation experience. With eMMC configurations of up to 64 GB, the notebooks are powered by Intel Celeron mobile processors, come with 2 GB of DDR3L system memory, and feature HD (1366×768) 16:9 LED-backlit displays.

The Aspire One Cloudbook 11 is available from JB Hi-Fi at $299 RRP, and the Cloudbook 14 from The Good Guys at $399 RRP.
