Apple revealed its new iMac range just under a month ago. Although the new range has a screen just 5mm thin, it retains the current generation’s stand, mouse and keyboards.

It will come with quad core processors (either i5 or i7), a 1TB hard drive and the latest NVIDIA GeForce GPUs.

Don’t expect a disc drive/DVD writer; Apple has had to sacrifice the conventional drive it in order to make the iMac so thin.

The 21.5 inch iMac has a $1,429 starting price and will be available from November 30th through Apple’s Online Store, Apple retail stores and Authorised Resellers.

The larger and more expensive 27 inch iMac will start from $1,999 and will begin shipping in December. Below is a more detailed breakedown of pricing and configuration as per Apple’s Official press release.
