TCL Named Among TIME’s World’s Best Companies For 2026
TCL has been named among TIME’s World’s Best Companies for 2026, joining the annual ranking compiled with Statista.
The list is based on an independent survey of 200,000 employees across more than 50 countries, with companies assessed on employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency.
TCL said the recognition reflects its focus on workplace culture, global expansion and sustainability as it marks its 45th anniversary.
The company has continued to expand across international markets while investing in technology development and broader operational growth.
Hawke Zhang, Managing Director for TCL Electronics Australia, said the recognition highlighted the importance of attracting and retaining strong talent across the business.

“Our people are what make accolades like this possible, and attracting world-class talent is a foundational aspect of our local and global business,” Zhang said.
TCL also pointed to its sustainability record as a key part of the ranking, noting that it has published ESG and corporate social responsibility reports for 17 consecutive years.
The company is also a participant in the United Nations Global Compact, which encourages businesses to adopt principles covering human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
For the Australian business, the recognition gives TCL another corporate credential as it continues to build its presence across televisions, home appliances and other consumer technology categories.
