Samsung To Fix S9 Unresponsive Screens

Samsung is looking into an issue where a number of S9 users are experiencing problems with their screens having ‘dead spots’.

The issues were discovered through a Samsung Forum with some users finding their S9 devices being unresponsive in some areas of their screens.

A Samsung spokesperson told Engadget, “At Samsung, customer satisfaction is core to our business and we aim to deliver the best possible experience. We are looking into a limited number of reports of Galaxy S9/S9+ touchscreen responsiveness issues. We are working with affected customers and investigating. We encourage any customer with questions to contact us directly at 1-800-SAMSUNG.”

Watch this space for when the issue will be rectified.
