Samsung has announced its ‘Unpacked’ event will stream LIVE on August 5, where it is expected to unveil the much-anticipated Galaxy Note 20 series.

The Korean tech giant is also tipped to reveal a successor to its premium foldable phone, the Galaxy Fold, which commentators state may be named the ‘Galaxy Z Fold 2.’

The cryptic event teaser features a ‘splash’ of copper, which aligns with previous leaked images of what appears to be the Note 20 Ultra in Copper on Samsung’s Russian website.

Leaked images of the flagship phone reveal the Note series’ quintessential S-Pen stylus, plus a triple rear camera array.

The phone’s camera is expected to include a periscope-style lens and fourth sensor (potentially 3D ToF) according to previous leaks and speculation.

5G is also tipped to be default for the new Note line, with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 rumoured to be incorporated within.

A standard Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra are expected to be part of the 2020 line-up, alongside a new ‘Galaxy Fold Z.’

There is also speculation Samsung may use its Unpacked event to reveal a successor to its Z Flip phone too.

Samsung’s Unpacked event is available to watch online via www.samsung.com amidst coronavirus restrictions globally.
