Samsung Australia has expanded its lifestyle TV range with the launch of a 98-inch version of The Frame and a new 27-inch Movingstyle Portable Smart Touch Screen.

The launch comes as Samsung claims Australians have more The Frame Art TVs in their homes per capita than any other market globally, while also buying more 75-inch TVs than any other country in the southern hemisphere, based on the company’s internal data.

The company is also pointing to recent commissioned research which found 63% of Australians want technology in their home to suit their personal style.

Simon Howe, Director of Audio Visual at Samsung Australia, said the new products were designed to meet demand for larger, more flexible screens in the home.

“With the 98-inch The Frame and Movingstyle, we’re delivering on these preferences, providing a new ultra-large Art TV option and a portable touchscreen TV that can follow your family around the house,” said Howe.

The 98-inch The Frame is Samsung’s largest dedicated Art TV canvas launched in Australia.

It joins the existing 43-inch to 85-inch The Frame lineup and features a 30.9mm profile, amber brown bezel, slim fit wall mount, Samsung’s glare-free tech and access to more than 5,000 artworks through the Samsung Art Store.

The TV also includes brightness and motion sensors designed to help display artwork more naturally when the screen is in Art Mode.

Samsung’s Movingstyle (below) is a 27-inch QHD touchscreen display mounted on a rollable floor stand with hidden wheels.

The display can be detached from the stand, carried by its built-in handle, and used in either landscape or portrait orientation.

It includes a rechargeable battery, Wi-Fi, Dolby Atmos, HDR10+ Adaptive, Motion Xcelerator 120Hz, Bixby voice control, and support for Samsung’s Q-Symphony audio pairing.

Both models include Vision AI Companion, One UI Tizen, Samsung Knox security, and support for up to seven years of OS updates.

The two new products are now available nationally, with the 98-inch The Frame priced at $6,999 and the Movingstyle priced at $1,999.
