While Samsung has long been a leading player in TVs, they made a number of important updates over the past year to continue to appeal to the changing needs of customers.
For instance, Samsung improved consumer accessibility by developing additional accessibility short-cut functions on their TVs, such as a screen reader that uses remote control buttons and multiple sound outputs.
In keeping with increasing concern about the environment and global warming, Samsung also applied an upcycling design to its TV packaging, allowing them to be transformed into small pieces of furniture or kennels for pet use.
