Massage Wrap Recalled Over Shock Risk

Product Safety Australia has recalled the RELFA ‘Relaxation Wrap’ from Innovations, citing the risk of blowing a house fuse when plugged in/turned off.

The shawl-shaped wrap heats and massages a user’s neck, shoulders and back, with two heat settings underneath a removable plush cover.

Consumers are urged to cease using the product immediately, unplug from the wall socket, and return to Innovations for a full refund.

Innovations Pty Ltd claims it’s contacting all affected customers by letter and email to organise refunds.

The RELFA Relaxation Wrap was sold nationally and internationally between March 13, 2019 – April 26, 2019.

Further information is available via Innovations Customer Services Team (1300 303 303) and Product Safety Australia’s website here.
