In total Creative released three new webcams that deliver “a far superior video and audio experience than any integrated web camera can deliver” for Mac and PC users.
Topping the range is their Creative Live! Cam Connect HD 1080. As its moniker suggests, it records video in Full HD 1080p resolution, will snap still shots in 18MPs and includes superior noise cancelling technologies. Just like Creative’s SoundBlaster Axx, this webcam suppresses noise outside of an established zone, allowing the user to hold a conversation free from whatever interference fills the background. “With the Creative Live! The following Cam Connect HD is a Skype certified video camera that captures 720p HD recordings at 30 frames per second. The 8MP camera has built in H.264 hardware video processing for fluid video that doesn’t tax your PC’s resources. “The power of built-in hardware encoding ensures that the quality of video communications far surpasses what any integrated web camera can offer,” said Ryan Richards, Creative’s Product Marketing Manager. Introducing the range is the Cam Sync HD: a plug-and-play high definition webcam. It has a 3.7MP still cam, a noise cancelling microphone and password protection. Creative Live!
