A Ukrainian tech reporter has leaked an unboxing video of the pre-release Google Pixel 3 XL handset onto his Telegram channel – which has since been picked up and reported by Android Police.
Videos and images were posted by the reporter and can be viewed below:
With these images and the video we now know a few things for certain regarding the Pixel 3 XL.
The Pixel 3 XL has a large notch, guaranteed to draw the ire of some consumers. More interestingly we can also see the phone will come with a set of USB-C Pixel Buds, a charger, a USB-C to headphone jack adaptor as well as a micro-USB to USB-C adaptor.
As for the core specs, we can see a Qualcomm CPU, which has been identified by other sources as a Snapdragon 845, a 1440p, 494ppi display, 4 GB RAM, and will come loaded with Android 9.
There is a single back camera, next to the fingerprint scanner.

Trophy shot for the leaker including time stamp and name in Ukrainian – also demonstrates the giant notch that will be on the front display.

Model & hardware menu appears to confirm it is a Pixel 3 XL (assuming it’s not photoshopped or otherwise faked).
