BrilliantColor: ViewSonic Vivid Projectors Go Pro $1999

The Pro 8 Series with BrilliantColor technology can now produce more vivid colours and project in high resolution. 


ViewSonic’s new series 8 all include HDMI, video and PC inputs allowing a range of additional devices to be connected.
BrilliantColor will also project Blu-ray content, HD videos and images in their true nature and have the power to display in large rooms without loss of picture quality, ViewSonic claim.
Brightness levels can reach up to 5000 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 3000:1.

The Pro 8 Series projectors, which includes 4 models, are designed for business, “to deliver detailed presentations in any setting regardless of lighting conditions.”
 
The series also provide good functionality, are easy to maintain, have a low total cost of ownership and a lamplife of 3000 hours. 

Pro 8 are compatible with Crestron advanced network control, making it easy to monitor lamp-life and check for faults. Access via the top cover of the projector allows the lamp to be easily changed, regardless of the mounting position. 
 
The 7 series projectors, also announced today, feature USB and LAN display and are suitable for education sector. 

Prices start at $1,999 for the Pro 8200, $3999 Pro 8450w, $4699 Pro8400 and $4499 Pro 8500.
