Oppo Teases Compact Watch X3 Mini With New Design And Health Features
Oppo has revealed an early look at its upcoming Watch X3 Mini, offering a preview of the smartwatch’s design, colours and positioning ahead of its expected launch.
Images shared by the company show a smaller version of the recently released Watch X3, aimed at users who prefer a more compact wearable. The device will be available in three finishes including High-gloss Gold, Mocha Brown and Starlight Silver, with each option paired with a different strap style. The watch uses standard 18mm quick-release bands, allowing users to swap them for alternative designs.
The Mini model appears to be targeted towards a broader audience, with marketing materials highlighting features such as menstrual cycle-based workout guidance. The system is designed to suggest exercise routines based on hormonal changes, alongside access to guided fitness sessions.
While full specifications have not yet been confirmed, the Watch X3 Mini is expected to share many features with the standard Watch X3, albeit in a smaller form factor. This likely means a reduced display size and battery capacity compared with the larger model.

The Watch X3, which launched earlier this month, features a 1.5-inch screen and a 646mAh battery. It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 platform and includes 2GB of memory and 32GB of storage. Connectivity options include eSIM support, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, NFC and dual-frequency GPS.
Health tracking remains a central focus, with the Watch X3 offering ECG monitoring, blood oxygen measurement, heart rate tracking and skin temperature sensing. It also supports more than 100 exercise modes. Charging is handled through a magnetic system rated at 7.5W, with a full recharge taking around 75 minutes.
The Watch X3 Mini is expected to be introduced in April alongside other new Oppo products, including wireless audio devices and a mid-range smartphone. Pricing has not yet been announced, but the Mini is likely to sit below the standard model, which is positioned as a premium smartwatch.
