New Lenovo Legion Tablets Get Two USB-C Ports

Lenovo has pulled out of the gaming phone market, however are still developing gaming tablets, with the Lenovo Legion Y700 (2023) coming up next as a sequel to the Y700 from last year. It is expected to launch on July 22nd.

It is equipped with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, and LPDDR5X RAM with an unknown capacity. The battery capacity remains the same at 6,550mAH.

It was designed to be a small tablet, with the thickness and weight dropped to 7.6mm and 384g.

The 8.8 inch LCD with 2.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate is being housed by a CNC-machined unibody, and has 100% coverage of DCI-P3 colour space, and a top brightness of 500nits, also supporting stylus input with detection for 4,096 levels of pressure.

The Lenovo Legion Y700 (2023) has TWO USB-C ports, one on the long side, and one on the short side, so users can plug a power cable into one and use the other as a USB hub!
