Jackery has expanded its home energy portfolio with the launch of four new backup power products aimed at households looking for protection against blackouts, rising power bills and growing grid instability.

The new line-up includes the HomePower 3600 Pro Max, HomePower 2000 Plus v2, HomePower 1000 v2 and FridgeGuard, a slim refrigerator backup battery designed for permanent use inside the home.

Jackery claims the HomePower 3600 Pro Max can be scaled from 3584Wh to 43kWh with additional batteries, supporting multi-room backup and high-draw appliances including air conditioners, washing machines and water heaters. It offers 4000W rated output, 120V and 240V operation, and a 10ms UPS-grade switchover.

The HomePower 2000 Plus v2 starts at 2048Wh and can be expanded to 12kWh, while the smaller HomePower 1000 v2 is pitched at remote workers and connected homes, with 1024Wh capacity, 1500W output and surge protection for modems, routers and laptops.

Jackery has also introduced FridgeGuard, which it describes as the world’s slimmest refrigerator backup battery.

At 2.6 inches thick, the unit is designed to sit beside or behind a fridge and provide up to 15 hours of backup power, or 30 hours with an expansion battery. It includes 10ms switchover, surge protection and a 1600W peak compressor-ready output.

Jackery CEO Steven Wang said backup power was becoming “a reliable household appliance” rather than an optional gadget.

The HomePower Series will be available from June 23, with US pricing starting at US$849 for the HomePower 1000 v2 and rising to US$2,999 for the 3600 Pro Max. FridgeGuard will launch as a Costco exclusive priced at US$559.99 for members.
