Interdyn Announce Release Of Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo Turntable

Audio distributor Interdyn has announced the release of the Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo turntable, a refined design of the popular Debut Carbon model.

“We have done a lot of research to make the Debut Carbon even better, but our main objective has not changed over the years. We still want to build an affordable high-performance turntable that not just looks incredible luxurious and modern, but also features a great sound quality,” Pro-Ject wrote.

“The Debut Carbon EVO focuses on the core aspects that make a turntable sound great. Technically correct design – expert craftmanship – handmade in the EU. This turntable is built to last you a lifetime!”

The Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo features an internally TPE-dampened metal platter (with increased weight of 1.7kg), three height-adjustable heavy-duty metal feet, a redesigned motor suspension system for vibration reduction and electronic speed control, among other improved features.

This turntable model has an electronic speed switch, satin signature colours in a gorgeous finish, an 8.6-inch one-piece carbon tonearm, a precision belt drive with electronic speed control, a semi-symmetrical phono cable with metal connectors, and gold-plated RCA connectors.

Limited stock of the Debut Carbon Evo ($879) will be available in Australia from September, with good stock in all finishes arriving in October. The Debut Carbon Evo is now available for pre-order in these two markets.

It will be available in the following finishes: high gloss black, high gloss white, high gloss red, satin black, satin white, satin steel blue, satin fir green, satin golden yellow, and walnut.
