HTC is set to undercut some of the big players in the smartphone world when it comes to pricing for its upcoming U 11.
Sitting just shy of the $1,000 mark with a $999 RRP, the HTC U 11 is $200 cheaper than HTC’s previous flagship, the HTC U Ultra, which launched with an RRP of $1,199 in January.
The HTC U 11 delivers “extraordinary value for a high end, high specification premium smartphone” according to HTC. ChannelNews came away impressed at the global unveiling of the smartphone on Tuesday, with David Richards calling the HTC U 11 a “killer new smartphone”.
HTC said more details about retail availability of the HTC U 11 will be announced in the coming weeks.
