Homedics Recalls Baby Night Light Over Choking Risk

Product Safety Australia has recalled Homedics mybaby Comfort Creature Night Light (Giraffe), asserting its plastic feet may not be sufficiently bonded, posing a chocking risk in young children.

Affected products are marked with the batch number ‘GP230118’, with the device’s model number ‘MYB-N100GIR-AU’.

The baby night light was distributed in Australia by the Dale Group between 14 March – 2 November 2018, sold from retailers including Big W, Toyworld and Baby Bunting (full list available here).

Consumers are advised to stop using the product immediately, and return to their place of purchase for a full refund.
