We are currently looking for a passionate Area Manager to concentrate on the Sales and Business Development for our high performance ranges of Hi-Fi and Audio Visual Products in NSW & ACT. This position is a permanent full time role that will be based ideally in Sydney. Your primary objectives will be to manage and grow sales within our existing Hi-Fi Specialists channel and identify and close growth opportunities in your territory.
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated, positive and driven to reach and exceed your revenue targets, all the while engaging and educating your customers through your extensive knowledge and passion for our Hi-Fi and Home Theatre products. You must also be able to work autonomously as head office is Melbourne based.
Previous experience in sales is essential, either in a similar position or as a business development manager.  Ideally, you would have worked within the Hi-Fi or Consumer Electronics industry and be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong customer relationships.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities in this role will include:
·    Increasing sales and market share in your territory.
·    Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
·    Maintaining & growing relationships with key accounts through sound product knowledge and education.
·    Exceptional time management and superior service.
·    Developing strong relationships with key decision makers.
·    Monitoring and reporting on market information and competitor activity in the assigned territory.

What you need in order to be considered:
·    Experience within a Sales or Business Development role.               
·    An aptitude and interest in technology, particularly with Hi-Fi and CE.   
·    Ability to conduct an engaging training session.   
·    Excellent time management and organisational skills.       
·    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·    Ability to travel regionally and occasionally interstate.       
·    Your glass is always half full!
·    Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.
