ENTECH has announced a new PTZ camera exhibition focus for its upcoming 2026 roadshow series, responding to industry demand as the organisation celebrates 31 years of connecting Australia’s professional audiovisual community.

The decision follows feedback from over 3,000 visitors and national delegates at recent ENTECH events, including representatives from facilities, venues, rental houses, corporates, schools, and universities, who requested expanded video exhibits and stronger emphasis on PTZ camera solutions.

“Live video has dramatically expanded in recent years, evidenced by large screen market revenues up 40% since 2022,” said ENTECH Managing Director Julius Grafton.

“The ecosystem to feed screens such as billboards, stadium screens, and digital signage has also widened.”

The PTZ camera focus addresses growing demand in live events, sports, and entertainment, where cameras capture action dynamically and zoom as required.

Major PTZ manufacturers and resellers will take centre stage at future ENTECH events, reflecting the technology’s increasing importance in professional video production.

Since launching in 1994 as a groundbreaking multi-day trade show, ENTECH has maintained its position as Australia’s premier platform for professional AV, lighting, and staging technology.

The roadshow format connects industry trailblazers, manufacturers, and distributors with national audiences seeking cutting-edge equipment innovations.

“Companies exhibit at ENTECH as its cost-effective, high-impact roadshow format delivers their products directly to a national market, efficiently maximising reach and ROI,” Grafton explained.

The events attract decision-makers, buyers, specifiers, consultants, installers, production managers, and facility managers seeking the latest technology for project enhancement.

ENTECH will visit Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth in May 2026.

The roadshow maintains space limitations for national exhibitors, typically distributors, with freight transported in dedicated trucks.

Limited spaces are reserved for video distributors and resellers who book early.

Grafton indicated the PTZ camera emphasis represents the first of several new offerings planned for future ENTECH roadshows, designed to help exhibitors and attendees maximise their time and investment.

The organisation continues expanding its scope to address evolving industry needs and technological developments.

The PTZ camera focus aligns with broader trends in live video production, where remote-controlled pan-tilt-zoom cameras provide flexible coverage solutions for diverse applications from corporate events to large-scale entertainment productions.

ENTECH’s three-decade evolution reflects the Australian AV industry’s growth and technological advancement, positioning the roadshow as an essential platform for discovering and implementing new professional video, audio, lighting, and staging technologies.
