Cygnett Marry Style & Protection With Armoured Cables

Australian tech accessories company, Cygnett, are upgrading their cable offerings with their new range of Armoured Cables, featuring Lighting, USB-C, and Micro USB compatible options.

Cygnett claims the Armoured Cable range is its most durable and robust cable design yet utilising DuPont Kevlar aramid fibre.

The exterior double braided nylon allows the cables to resist abrasion and fraying, whilst the ultra-durable TPE lining maintains flexibility.

Cygnett promises the cables can withstand over 20,000 bending cycles with 80kg weight and the laser-welded connectors to withstand over 100N of force.

Offering cables from 10cm up to 3m in whichever connector combination consumers’ require in either braided white or black fibre — Micro USB cables only available in 1m, 2m, or 3m lengths.

USB-C to USB-C cables boast 5A/100W Turbo Charge Speed — the world’s fastest charging speed — and 480Mbps Data Transfer Speed for quick syncing to a device.

The Lightning compatible cables have received Apple’s seal of approval and with work with the regular iOS updates and support 2.4A/12W Fast Charging, and MFi Certification.

The Micro USB cables also support 2.4A/12W Fast Charging.
