CEDIA has announced a partnership with luxury brand Kohler, who design and manufacture quality kitchen and bath products.
The deal will give members of CEDIA, the global industry association and central touch point for residential technology, access to exclusive discounts and benefits, such as early access to Kohler’s Authorized Service Rep program.
“CEDIA’s members fulfill a crucial need for Kohler as they expand their connected product offerings,” says Giles Sutton, interim co-CEO at CEDIA.
“Not only do our members have the training and experience to deliver reliable and delightful smart product integrations, but they also know the luxury market. CEDIA members are the ideal ambassadors for Kohler’s most technologically sophisticated offerings.”
“Kohler enhances the user experience by seamlessly integrating technology into our kitchen and bath product design,” says Kohler Associate Channel Manager Megen Rapp.
“Essential to our success is ensuring our customers have access to trained and certified professionals for installation and support. Kohler is proud to support CEDIA, whose members have the expertise to deliver technology-driven experiences in every room of the home.”
Kohler famously launched an Alexa-driven smart toilet at CES back in 2018. “Voice services and connected devices have become integrated into every facet of the home—with the notable exception of the bathroom,” Kohler president and CEO David Kohler said at the time.
“Until now.”
