BREAKING NEWS: TCL Facing Major TV Supply Issues JB Hi Fi Ffalcon Range Affected
TCL’s TV division in Australia is having major problems with supply with the JB Hi Fi Ffalcon range which is manufactured by TCL set to be affected.
ChannelNews understands that the Chinese TV Company who are the #1 TV supplier in the USA is struggling to supply both their own TCL branded with retailers told that they will be lucky to get 30% of what they were expecting.
Currently all retailers selling TV’s are struggling to get stock.
Hisense has already forecast a 20% fall in TV sales and Sony is telling retailers that they will not have stock until “At least September”.
The problem for local retailers is that there is massive demand for TV’s in particular large sized 4K Ultra High Definition TV’s.
Sources in Asia have told ChannelNews that before the end of the year the situation could get worse as there are significant shortages of components as well as problems with the shipping of product out od Asian manufacturing plants.

David Esler General Manager at the Chinese Company said that this year has been extremely good for the brand. At the start of the year it was all doom and gloom now we are working closely with our retail partners we have supply of TV and appliances for the retailers we are working with” he said.
He did indicate that the Company would struggle to deliver goods for new retailers or retailers shopping supply.
