LG Unveils Largest Capacity Fridge On Market – 5-door for $4,049

Finished with a designer touch from crystal fashion brand Swarovski, the fridge sports five doors to provide more storage space and options and the same door-in-door (DID) panel design  technology as previous entries in LG’s DID range.

LG’s flagship French Door DID refrigerator launched in August 2012 and in February 2013 its Side-by-Side DID refrigerator was unveiled. The difference with the new refrigerator is the advanced two-door freezer compartment, says LG.

“Some consumers provided feedback during research that deep-freezer drawers in many refrigerators on the market make them hard to search through and that this can result in food wastage,” the electronics maker says. The freezer is divided into two mirroring sections, with shelves in the door and drawers in the interior.

The fridge, which allows owners to organise the refrigerator in the same way you would a closet  or wardrobe, is designed to appeal to large families and entertainers, says LG.
