Belkin Debuts New Curved Advanced Screen Protectors
Belkin has released a new range of curved screen protectors for various iPhones, Samsung smartphones and Apple watches.
The new screen protectors accommodate the curved edges of these devices, and thereby offer “superior durability” and resilience.
Available in two different ‘materials’, Belkin claims the protectors significantly reduce vulnerability to scratches, scuffs and external damage.
The curved screen protectors are supplemented by Belkin’s TrueClear Pro application machine – available in several retail stores globally – which allow store employees to apply the protectors “with unparalleled accuracy, no misalignment or air bubbles”.
Eric Co, Director of Product Management, Belkin, affirms that demand for proper screen protection increases, as the cost of smartphones continues to rise:

Belkin’s range of TemperedCurve and UltraCurve screen protectors will be available to purchase from Belkin’s website and mass retailers globally, from early next year.
Materials Summary
Belkin’s TemperedCurve material is three times stronger than plastic, and engineered to be stronger than regular glass, providing resilient, hard-wearing protection. Engineered from high quality Japanese Tempered glass, it retains the glide and tactile experience of the screen.
Belkin’s UltraCurve material offers enhanced protective strength due to an ion-exchange strengthening process. Belkin’s UltraCurve for Apple Watch provides crystal clarity, the smooth glide of real glass, and strong adhesion ensuring total screen protection while maintaining the natural screen experience.
