Apple has recently announced their Vision Pro headsets will be available for preorder starting January 19th.
Shipments are set to commence on February 2nd, and they will be available at the official Apple store at the same time.
However, the company has yet to announce the release of the headset outside of the US market.
New reports suggest Apple could be launching the Vision Pro outside the US market before WWDC 2024 takes place.
This annual conference usually occurs around the first week of June. The report also suggests a release before the event would benefit the promotion of the global development of the visionOS ecosystem.
There are three reasons for the headset not releasing outside the US yet. First, there is a limited initial supply. Second, is the sales process of the device needs to go smoothly in the US first, and third, is because of the time needed to modify algorithms to comply with other countries regulations.
The report says the sooner the Vision Pro makes its way to more countries, the sooner the above issue are solved.
In the US market, the device will bundle with a Solo Knit Band and Dual Loop Band.
Additionally, there is also a Light Seal, two Light Seal Cushions, and an Apple Vision Pro Cover for the front.
It will come with a battery, polishing cloth, USB-C cable, and USB-C adapter.
