ALDI Unveils Beats Wireless Headphones For $199

German supermarket giant, ALDI, has unveiled a suite of affordably priced tech for its November 21st Special Buys sale, including Beats by dr. dre Solo3 Wireless Headphones for $199.

Accompanying a one year warranty, the headphones boast 40 hour battery life, with 5 minutes of charging claimed to offer 3 hours usage.

Featuring Beats’ cushioned ear cups with adjustable fit, users can take calls, control music and activate Siri via multi-function on-ear controls.

Wireless listening comes courtesy of Class 1 Bluetooth, complementing a foldable design and carrying case.

Whilst ALDI is selling the product in purple, other retailers such as JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks and Apple are ranging other versions of the headphones from $349 – $399.95.

Further information is available on ALDI’s website here, with no mention of the product being a grey-import international model or re-furbished.

ALDI is selling the product complete with a carrying case, 3.5 mm RemoteTalk cable, universal USB charging cable (USB-A to USB Micro-B), quick start guide and warranty card.

The supermarket is also selling several other tech goodies on November 21, including a dual compact mirror powerbank ($19.99), generic Bluetooth headphones or speaker ($19.99), and 10.1-inch Quad-Core Android tablet ($99.99).

Like other ALDI Special Buys sales, consumers are advised to get in quick, with the retailer frequently criticised for insufficient stock.

Further information and product specification is available on ALDI’s website here.
